• 100 MB of Restore Credit - receive a one-time credit of 100 MB to use for restores in the future. This credit does not expire.

GOLD Backup Plan

This MEGA plan is ideal if you want to back up a large amount of pictures, videos or your entire office network. It includes the following features:

• 30 days of version history - you can go back to any version of any file up to 14 days in the past. The most recent version of every file is always available.
• 1000 MB of Restore Credit - receive a one-time credit of 1000 MB to use for restores in the future. This credit does not expire.
• 256-bit AES encryption - military grade protection for your data
• Unlimited licenses - back up any number of computers or servers without any additional charges
• Geo-redundand storage - your data will be stored in multiple data centers throughout the world

Be sure it is done right... quickly and the first time

• One of our highly trained technicians will remotely log into your system (while you watch) to identify your critical data, install and configure the backup software and to create an automatic backup schedule.
• You will receive 30 days of free phone-based support to make any changes to your backup configuration

• We will reimburse you up to $10,000 for expenses associated with data loss *

* The following conditions must be met

• THIS IS NOT INSURANCE
• There is a $500 deductible.
• You must contact us as soon as the loss has occurred to qualify.  We will suggest next steps for you to take to recover the data. Only expenses incurred after you contact us regarding your loss will be covered.
• You must provide proof of incurred expense to be reimbursed.
• Only data backed up with Data Rebound is covered.
• It is your responsibility to prove that data was backed up by checking your back up logs found in your backup software and our web site.
• The only covered versions of a file or files are those that have been backed up with us within your version history period (7, 14 or 30 days).  If you try to restore a file to a version prior to your available version history it is not covered.

* Coverage is limited to the following

• Hard drive recovery - $2,000 max
• Corrupted file repair - $2,000 max
• Data entry - $2,000 max
• IT consulting - $2,000 max
• Data restore expenses - $2,000 max

This service is provided on a month-to-month basis and we reserve the right to cancel it at any time.

Backup Status Alerts
Always know whether or not your backup is working

You will receive email alerts to tell you about the status of your backup. For example:

• “There was no backup for 3 days”
• “Last 2 nights’ backups failed”
• “Last night’s backup was successful”
• “In the past 30 days you missed 8 backups”
• The alerts a customizable. You can select only those events that you want to be notified of.
• Along with an alert you will receive a set of troubleshooting instructions
